For 15 years, we were a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard and were spun off as a separate company in October, 2000. We are a privately-held, profitable company and can be found in more than 30 countries. We have approximately 400 employees around the world and development labs in Sindelfingen, Germany, Los Angeles, California and Fort Collins, Colorado, USA.
