Matthew Harkrider, Founder & Senior Sales Engineer, is responsible for managing Alert Logic's presales customer engagements, post sales implementation process and is part of the Alert Logic security incident response team. Prior to Alert Logic, Harkrider served as Senior Project Manager at Reliant Energy Communications and was responsible for sales and product delivery of Managed Services. In this role, Harkrider was instrumental in developing the pre-sales, operational and customer management processes for the Managed Services group. Prior to this role, Harkrider served as Senior Sales Engineer for Reliant Energy Communications and Insync Internet Services. Matt Harkrider holds a B.A. in Business Management from Concordia University.
