Global corporate enterprise AI practitioners are clearly still dealing with infrastructure issues related to talent and technology. End-to-end processes remain stubbornly carbon-based. Rule-based automation is truly not yet globally scaled across the majority of organizations. Double the AI And yet, the AI & Intelligent Automation Network members went from 21%, having deployed Intelligent Enterprise solutions to over 44% in just one year’s time. Over 4/5 expect to deploy AI in under two years The stated goal for deployment is just under 83% by the end of 2020. Considering the fact that they’ve essentially got two years, and those ranks have doubled in one year – doubling again in two years is achievable. Incidentally, that same number was only 67% a year ago. 50% expect to be established, globally scaling or refining AI in under two years Global corporate enterprise is in fact slowly but surely transforming into the intelligent enterprise of tomorrow. Automation Anywhere’s flagship product is Automation Anywhere Enterprise – a RPA platform offering a variety of tools to help organisations develop, operate and manage RPA bots that automate data entry, data gathering and other repetitive, routine tasks usually carried out as part of high-volume, repetitive work (for example, service fulfilment work in call centres, shared-service centres, and back-office processing environments). Automation Anywhere Enterprise bots can add value both in unattended (server-based, lights-out operation) and attended (desktop-based, interactive) deployment configurations. In this report, MWD Advisors digs deeper into the features and capabilities of Automation Anywhere’s product portfolio, analysing its fast-growth trajectory and highlighting large-scale implementations.

Today there’s no such thing as “one size fits all” when it comes to enterprise mobile computing for field services workers. While the business benefits of automation are clear (e.g. decreased downtime, increased customer satisfaction), selecting the right mobile device mix for the job is becoming more complex. This whitepaper examines three challenges organizations face when considering a mobile device deployment for field workers: 1. Integrating new mobile devices with legacy technology 2. Adapting to multi-generational workforces 3. Choosing the right mobile device for the job. Learn how to tackle these challenges and make technology decisions that improve worker productivity and help manage costs.

"Discover the benefits of deployment automation and how to maximize your automation investments! IT organizations have been finding it increasingly difficult to deploy more quickly without adding more people and incurring additional risks. Only until recently have there been more viable automated deployment options to offer an alternative to the slow and error prone process of manual deployment. Read the paper to learn about: • The limitations of manual deployment, namely its inconsistency, lack of visibility, and proneness to error • The benefits of deployment of automation • The base set of features that an automated system should provide"

Network automation is becoming increasingly important for organizations of any size that are striving to make their IT infrastructure more agile, reliable and cost-efficient. While companies of all sizes have embraced server and storage virtualization, the network typically has not kept pace. In many cases, network provisioning and management are still handled by manual processes that slow down deployments, increase overhead costs and add risk in the form of human error.

AOS delivers powerful, intent-driven automation of network services in vendor-agnostic environments by delivering it as an easily consumable service in response to consumer-specified intent. Network devices serve packets, AOS services serve application workloads. According to numerous studies, 70-80% of outages are due to configuration change applied to a living system, and not due to initial deployment. Initial, one-time deployment can be seen as sort of a “hello world” application; the real complexities arise as the system evolves. With AOS, configuration, telemetry, and expectations are derived from the single source of truth - the intent - in an idempotent fashion, and as such there is no implementation difference between initial deployment or change management.
