How to think about the risk to data from the mobile ecosystem
Mobile devices, even those that are corporate owned, are personal. Your CEO uses the same smartphone to send confidential emails, snap family photos, inspect customer records, get directions to meetings, and scrutinize financial reports. Every employee in your organization does the same thing. Your organization's critical data is constantly being accessed by mobile devices, and once it leaves the network you have no visibility into where it goes, and little or no ability to enforce your security policy to protect it.
Your organization’s sensitive data has made the mobile ecosystem the new frontier for a wide spectrum of risk that every CISO must now understand. Take a deep dive into all twelve elements of the Mobile Risk Matrix in the interactive table below.

According to the American Community Survey, tele-commuting jumped 79 percent between 2005 and 2012. More than 9 million American workers did their jobs exclusively from home in 2010, according to the U.S. Census, and 30 million work from home at least once a week. And TechCast at George Washington University estimates as many as 30 percent of U.S. private sector workers could be working from home by 2019. For sales professionals, that proportion is certainly higher. The Telework Research Network found in 2011 that 70 percent of those working from home are in management, professional, sales and office jobs. If you’re in sales, you probably spend a considerable amount of time on the go. And why shouldn’t you? Smartphones offer constant, pocket-sized connectivity. Ubiquitous Wifi threatens to render the cubicle obsolete, and the right social networking strategy can sup-plant a hundred individual pitch meetings.

You know every tax dollar counts: The post-recession drop in funding coupled with mounting financial commitments and legislative demands for improved access to information leave no choice but to make operations more efficient.
Agenda automation software eliminates manual tasks associated with creating, distributing, and publishing agendas, reduces the prep time (by as much as 50% or more) and associated costs of meetings while introducing a flexibility that makes tight deadlines easier to manage.
The impact is far reaching, from improved transparency to freeing up staff time to work on other priorities. It not only pays for itself in paper savings, it brings money back into the budget—from $300 to $1000 per meeting, depending on the size of the organization.
Learn more about how easy it can be to automate your meeting agendas, and what you can get back as a result.
